Coining the term Single Specialty Surgicenter

Rest Assured continues to set the standard in Office-Based safety, coining the term Single Specialty Surgicenter.
To receive this distinction the office-based surgical suite has to fulfill four criteria:
- The surgeon must be board certified within the specialty they’re practicing
- The surgeon should have hospital privileges to perform the proposed surgery
- The facility itself must be accredited by a national agency
- And, just as in a hospital, there should be an anesthesiologist immediately available.
 There is no governing body that requires this meticulous level of care. But each of our surgical clients put a similar emphasis on patient safety, which distinguishes them above all other office-based surgeons in the area.
